Overview

This project repurposes an ATX power supply as a DIY bench power supply. The work combines electronics with a custom mechanical design developed in Fusion 360.

The electronics work and personal CAD design are in place. This page will document the construction and results as the project material is added.

Electronics

The electrical section will describe the actual connections, selected components, and design decisions. Schematics, component values, and output specifications will be added from the build records.

Mechanical design

The housing was designed in Fusion 360. CAD renders, mounting details, and assembly photographs will show how the mechanical design fits around the ATX unit.

Testing and results

Measured performance has not yet been documented here. Test conditions, equipment, and results will be added together so that design targets and measured values remain clearly distinguished.

Project files

The GitHub repository link will be added when the project files are uploaded. It will contain the available design sources, exports, and supporting documentation.
